The First Practice Exchange SEVAQ+ webinar, was organized on April 202011, in collaboration with the Teach.us project at 17:00 – 19:00 CET (SEVAQ+ is a combined tool and approach for the Self-Evaluation of Quality in Technology-Enhanced Learning - http://www.sevaq.eu/)

This virtual conference is aimed to discover the revamped SEVAQ+ tool v2.0, hear what experienced users have to say and share experience of self-evaluation.The contribution to our DL@WEB project is to gain new knowledge about innovative methodologies and tools for monitoring DL study programs, and also to share the current practice in this international virtual community.  

The DL@WEB team has attended First Practice Exchange SEVAQ+ webinar. With this event, SEVAQ+ has started a series of 4 webinars that will be organized in collaboration with the Te@ch.us project.
During the First Practice Exchange SEVAQ+ webinar the main theme Overcoming Obstacles was discussed from different aspects. In the first part of webinar the Te@ch.us project was discussing this theme from the point of view of how to get the best out of  Web 2.0 in the classroom in education. In the second part of webinar, SEVAQ+ took over to look at overcoming obstacles and resistance to self-evaluation of quality.

This event included activities such as presentations, moderated chats, discussions and online pools about self-evaluation process. Number of participant was limited to 15, which made   possible better sharing views on self-evaluation of quality among the participants.
During second part of webinar, various speakers (sceptic and enthusiastic) presented their expiriance in using SEVAQ+ online tool for self-evalution of quality. At the end, the brand new and improved SEVAQ+ v2.0 online tool was presented to participants.

Speical significance of this webinar for DL@WEB team is to gain new knowledge about innovative methodologies and tools for monitoring DL study programs, and also to share the current practice in self-evaluation of quality with international virtual community.
